Information entered in astrology tools
Our public calculators ask for details such as a date, time, name when optional, and a birthplace or event location. Calculations are designed to run in your browser; we do not offer visitor accounts or a saved-chart library, and we do not intentionally store the birth details you enter in a WordPress chart database or send them to an astrology calculation API. The place directory may be cached in your browser’s local storage so place search loads faster; that cache contains public place data, not birth profiles. Named time zones are resolved using your browser’s time-zone data. Your browser may retain form values during a visit, and any information you choose to print, download or email is handled by your device or email provider.
The Kerala place search uses the site’s location directory. If you choose “Use my current location,” your browser asks for permission and supplies coordinates to the tool; browser or device location services may have their own data practices. You can enter a place or coordinates manually instead.
Website delivery and third-party services
WordPress and our hosting provider deliver and protect the website. Requests to the site can create standard technical logs, such as an IP address, requested page, time and browser information, for delivery, security and troubleshooting. The core chart, period, calendar and transit calculators load their Astronomy Engine library from this website. Any third-party resources loaded by other pages can receive ordinary request data; optional analytics are controlled separately through your consent preference.
We use Google Analytics through Site Kit to understand visits and Microsoft Clarity to understand page interactions and usability. These providers may receive information about visits and interactions when you allow analytics. Clarity’s Strict masking setting masks displayed text in recordings, including calculator results. We do not use these services to store birth profiles.
Cookies and your choice
A cookie banner lets you Accept All, Reject All or Customise optional analytics. Google Analytics and Clarity scripts are blocked until Analytics is allowed. Clarity’s project is set not to use its optional cookies by default. Necessary technology, including the cookie preference record and WordPress administrator login cookies where applicable, supports site operation. You can reopen Consent Preferences to change your choice. The site’s cookie preference is set to expire after 365 days.
Contact messages and retention
If you email us, your message and email address are used to answer and follow up on your request. Please avoid sending sensitive birth details unless needed and you are comfortable sharing them by email. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle the request and related follow-up. The hosting provider may retain technical logs under its operational schedule for security and troubleshooting. Analytics providers retain data under their own published retention settings and policies; Clarity normally retains recording playback for 30 days, while some aggregated data may remain longer.
Your choices and requests
You can use the tools without creating an account, decline optional analytics, change your cookie choice and use manual location entry. To ask about information we hold, or to request access, correction or deletion where applicable, email contact@keralajyotisham.com. We will review the request and explain any technical or legal limits. We may update this notice when the tools or providers change.
